I’ve been meaning to create this post for about 2 months now and finally I get round to it.
Whilst in Scotland with work I visited The Kitchin.

I first heard about this restaurant whilst watching ‘The Great British Menu’. The owner Tom Kitchin, won the Scottish regional final twice (see his recipes here).
When I got the menu even though I don’t eat meat I wanted to try everything, the descriptions were just out of the world.
So I had a major dilemma, firstly I belly is not big enough to eat it all and secondly my wallet is not big enough to pay for it all.
Whilst reading the menu I noticed that they had a tasting menu, Woo Hoo. Reading closer I notice that of the 6 courses on the tasting menu, 3 of the courses contained meat, Boo Hoo.
when my waitress came to see if I was ready to order, I explained my problem. No problem I was told, we can create you your very own tasting menu that contains no meat.
Instantly my dilemma was no more. Along with the tasting menu I choose the matching wines, which also took away the decision of which wine to choose.

I highly recommend that everyone should go to this restaurant, it’s sensational, in 2009 it was voted the 2nd best restaurant in the UK, I assume that ‘The Fat Duck’ won. As yet I haven’t been to the Fat Duck so can’t comment. So The Kitchin is the best restaurant in the UK, probably the world!!!
She’s the best.
Sometimes throughout the day i stop working and think about how great she is.
Just being honest :)

as promised here’s the video form last night
Run around, when the music stops jump into a car.
Button grabbed the Seat in Maclaren, next to Hamilton.
Mercedes grabbed Brawn Grand Prix and renamed it Mercedes Grand Prix
Nico Rosberg jumped into the Mercedes Grand Prix car and it looks like Nick Hiedfeld is jumping in with him (making it an all german outfit, with German national anthem and everything)
A new team, Manor F1, chucked in a couple of cars and Timo Glock and Brazilian new boy Lucas di Grassi have jumped in to them. Richard Branson also wants a part of this and looks likely to plaster his stickers all over the new cars and name them Virgin F1
Another new (well kinda) team Lotus have also put in a couple of cars but are keeping a lid on who’s in them.
Phillipe Massa and Fernado Alsonso, the choosen ones got in the Ferrari months ago and are not getting out, even when the music starts again.
The loser in this game is Kimi Raikonen, who has now gone off to sulk in a rally car
see set here.
Video to come keep your eyes peeled.
