2 years on and now I know the meaning of Life, The Universe and Everything
Susan and I went to Tom’s Kitchin, Leith Edinburgh and had the tasting menu. It’ my favorite restaurant.
This is what we had:



A veloute of local cauliflower served with croutons

A rockpool of West Coast shellfish served with sea vegetables in a shellfish consomme Including Prawns, Shrimps, Squid, Mussels and Oyster

Ravioli of Newhaven Lobster served in a lobster bisque with wild sea herbs

This is the 1st dish we had that was different - Susan’s
Boned and rolled pig’s head, served with seared hand-dived Orkney scallop and a crispy ear salad

Spiced pumpkin custard served with maple and pecan ice cream and candied pumpkin

Served with coffee
